Revitalizant EX 120 for transmissions and gearboxes is a high-quality product designed for wear protection and restorative repair of manual transmission units. The preparation contains active substances that contribute to more effective renewal of manual transmissions and protection of mechanisms from wear. The action of the preparation involves the formation of a cermet protective coating on the surfaces of the mechanisms, which restores the original geometry of the parts. The product is versatile and suitable for manual, robotic, and sequential gearboxes.

Application procedure

Inject the contents of the syringe into the oil filler (oil dipstick) hole of the manual transmission, transfer case, or axle gearbox (see table).

Notes

The product is not recommended for automatic transmissions equipped with robotic gearboxes with two "wet" clutches. Revitalization can be considered complete after 50 hours of mechanism operation (approximately 1,500 km of mileage). Among the main signs of the beginning of revitalization is a reduction in transmission noise and overall smoothness of gearbox functioning. This product is universal and compatible with all types of oils for manual transmissions. Revitalization is possible for all mechanisms, except for those with 100% wear.
