Description

Designed for wear protection and restorative repair of gasoline and gas engines, including boosted and turbocharged ones.
Due to a 20% higher* concentration of the active substance, it possesses an extended capacity for restoring worn surfaces and protecting them from wear.

Forms a cermet protective coating on the surfaces of friction pairs (engine parts restore their geometry). As a result, the updated unit exceeds a new one in its operational characteristics and is guaranteed to last 2-4 times longer.

Engine treatment is carried out in three stages

  1. 1st stage: Inject the contents of the syringe into the oil filler neck of the engine, warmed up to operating temperature. Start the engine and let it idle for 5-10 minutes
  2. 2nd stage: carried out in the same order after 100-250 km of mileage
  3. 3rd stage: carried out in the same order after 100-250 km of mileage

Notes

Treatment is considered complete after at least 1500 km of mileage.

  • It is not recommended to change the oil until the end of the process.
  • Treatment at idle is possible (4 hours – equivalent to 200 km of mileage).
  • New engines with mileage up to 20,000 km should be treated in one go.
  • Engines after major repairs are recommended to be treated in the usual order in three stages.
  • Treatment of engines on liquefied natural gas is similar to the treatment of gasoline engines.
  • A protective cermet protective coating is formed on any functional mechanism; however, if the mechanism (engine) is in a critical condition (100% wear), the destroyed parts must be replaced.

The protective coating is active for 100,000 km of mileage, after which repeated treatment is recommended.

During engine operation, the cylinder-piston group in the area of the upper "dead" center, valve train parts (cam, tappet), and sliding bearings of the crankshaft and camshaft are most susceptible to wear.

The revitalizant contains building material that compensates for the wear of these parts. As a result of revitalization, a new multifunctional gradient coating with a set of necessary service characteristics and stress states is formed on the surfaces of friction pairs.

Engine parts increase in volume, regaining those "hundredths" and "tenths" that were lost or worn out during operation. This is the repair effect. The resulting coating has unique properties: significant strength, high corrosion resistance, and low roughness. After revitalization, engine parts are guaranteed to last 2–4 times longer.

As a result of engine revitalization, compression in the cylinders increases significantly and levels out, fuel consumption is reduced, the car's throttle response and coasting improve, and oil pumps, turbocharger units, shafts, and bushings (bearings), and cylinder mirrors are restored, and ovality is eliminated. The engine runs quietly and without vibrations. Thanks to revitalization, it can always be kept in perfect condition.
