Description
Designed for wear protection and restorative repair of power steering and other hydraulic equipment. During the treatment of hydraulic system units, it forms a protective cermet protective coating on the surfaces of parts of pumping, actuating, and distribution devices (spools). As a result, the operational characteristics of the hydraulic equipment are restored.
- Eliminates pump whine caused by wear

- Improves the precision of power steering operation after just 50-100 km of mileage after application
- Reduces noise and vibration levels of the hydraulic system pump
- Protects parts from wear during low oil levels
Application
- Pre-dissolve* the required amount of the composition in 30–50 ml of the hydraulic fluid in use, heated to a temperature of at least +35 °C.
- Add the resulting mixture to the fluid in the power steering reservoir, warmed up to operating temperature.
- After adding the composition, with the engine running, turn the steering wheel for 5 minutes after 2–3 minutes.
* Before applying the composition, you should REPLACE the fluid in the power steering and drive at least 200 km:
– if the fluid is contaminated (opaque, has changed its original color, etc.)
– the fluid has been in use for more than 40,000 km (more than 3 years) or its service life is unknown.
Notes
A characteristic sign of the beginning of revitalization is an improvement in the operation of the steering mechanism (reduced steering effort, precision of operation, reduced noise) from the very first kilometers of mileage after treatment.
