Grease with the strongest repair properties. Contains a revitalizant. Recommended for bearings, units, and parts with wear up to 80%. Forms a new cermet protective coating on friction surfaces: parts increase in volume and restore their original geometry. Traditionally used to restore the functionality of worn wheel bearings, constant velocity joints (CV joints), and other loaded units. It can also be used to restore pump bearings, alternator bearings, universal joints, etc. Other applications: rolling and sliding bearings of various units and mechanisms in domestic and industrial use.
*Remove the protective boot, remove the old grease, remove the CV joint, disassemble it, having previously marked the relative position of all parts. Clean the parts (it is recommended to use XADO Universal Industrial Cleaner or VERYLUBE Conveyor Cleaner for cleaning). Assemble the CV joint, observing the relative position of the parts according to the marks. Completely fill the internal cavity of the CV joint with grease, install the protective boot, and put the CV joint back in place. Operate the vehicle until the defect is eliminated (disappearance of extraneous sounds during movement), but for no more than 5,000 km of mileage. After that, replace the XADO Repair grease with XADO grease for CV joints or the standard one. If the wear of the treated CV joint was significant, additional noise is possible during the first kilometers of operation. It is recommended to choose a driving mode where this noise is maximum, for example, on turns.
