Description

Designed for restorative repair and subsequent wear protection of the engine's cylinder-piston group without disassembly. Forms a cermet protective coating on the surfaces of cylinder-piston group parts. As a result, the geometry of the cylinders is restored, their internal diameter is reduced, and ovality disappears.

Recommendations

Piston rings ensure tightness between the piston and the cylinder, preventing gas breakthrough into the engine crankcase, as well as the penetration of oil into the combustion chamber. If the loss of engine power is accompanied by increased oil and fuel consumption, and black smoke comes out of the exhaust, the most likely cause is low compression due to wear of piston rings or scuffs on the cylinder walls. Areas of application: cars, motorcycles, scooters, outboard boat motors, chainsaws, lawnmowers, and other engines with a common fuel-oil system.

Cylinder treatment procedure
  1. Warm up the engine to operating temperature.
  2. Remove the spark plug from the cylinder, disconnect the central ignition distribution sensor wire and the ignition module.
  3. For two-stroke engines, set the piston to the top dead center (to avoid the gel getting into the intake and exhaust ports).
  4. Squeeze the contents of the tube into the cylinder. Attention!!! It is necessary to squeeze it in such a way that the contents of the tube hit the cylinder wall, not the piston.
  5. Perform 15-20 piston strokes (using a starter handle, towing, turning the jacked-up drive wheel, etc.).
  6. Screw in the spark plug and turn the starter 3-4 times for 3-4 seconds with intervals of 15-20 seconds.
  7. For two-stroke engines, dissolve the contents of another tube in 5-10 ml of motor oil and pour it into the fuel tank.
  8. Connect the central wire, ignition module, and, after starting the engine, let it idle for at least 15 minutes.
  9. Operate in normal mode.

For hard-to-reach places, use a medical syringe with an attached tube. In this case, the contents of the tube can be dissolved in 5-10 ml of motor oil.
Attention !!! To avoid hydraulic shock, the total volume of liquid introduced into the cylinder must not exceed 20 ml. During diagnostics, pay attention to the adjustment and serviceability of the valve mechanism!
