Description

Reinforced revitalizant. Designed for wear protection and restorative repair of mechanical transmission units. During the treatment of mechanical transmission units, it forms a cermet protective coating on the surfaces of its gears, shafts, bearings, synchronizers, and other metal parts. As a result, the geometry of the parts is restored.
The revitalizant is universal for mechanical, robotic, sequential, including Direct Shift gearboxes, transfer cases, and axles (differentials).

Application

Inject the contents of the tube into the oil filler (oil dipstick) hole of the gearbox, transfer case, or axle differential (see table).

Notes

Revitalization is considered complete after 50 hours of mechanism operation (1500 km of mileage).
A characteristic sign of the beginning of revitalization is a reduction in noise during the operation of the mechanism from the very first kilometers of mileage after treatment. If the improvement in the operation of the mechanism stops at some point, this may indicate severe wear – it is necessary to double the recommended dosage. If no improvement in the operation of the mechanism occurs after 100-200 km of mileage, the most likely cause is an incorrect diagnosis.
The revitalizant is compatible with all types of oils for mechanical transmissions. It does not enter into chemical reactions with them and does not change their viscosity or other physical-chemical properties.
A protective cermet protective coating is formed on any functional mechanism; however, if the unit is in a critical condition (100% wear), the destroyed parts must be replaced.
